Radhika Philip is a cultural anthropologist, ethnographer, and organizational strategist whose work bridges anthropology, leadership, and institutional transformation. Trained in cultural anthropology at Columbia University, she has applied anthropological methods to organizational change, talent strategy, and innovation across higher education, public institutions, and private-sector organizations. In addition to her consulting work, Philip is the author of Being Here: Conversations on Creativity, a collection of interviews with contemporary improvisational musicians that explores creativity, collaboration, and artistic practice through an anthropological lens
