Macroscope LP (Mack Avenue)

Macroscope, the fifth album by The Nels Cline Singers, led by guitarist Nels Cline, was released on April 29, 2014, under the Mack Avenue label. While Nels Cline and pianist Michael Cain anchor the album, a roster of guests, including Christian McBride, Jack DeJohnette, Regina Carter, and Gilmar Gomes, adds unique flavors. The album navigates through various musical landscapes, from psychedelia to soulful Brazilian influences.
