Sarah Elizabeth Charles: Dawn Album Release
DAWN is Sarah Elizabeth Charles' 5th album as a leader centered on the journey of having her two children and becoming a parent. The newness she was experiencing manifested in a collection of songs that exist as honest reflections on parenting, celebrating birth/femininity and ancestral tributes.
For this October 5th Brooklyn NYC release event, she will be screening two mini documentaries that accompany the album, performing the music and hosting an informal gathering celebration post show.
